We will never get tired of repeating: we love growing young talents! As you know, it has been in our DNA since the very beginning and now Toro Rosso is world recognised as an F1 Academy, to grow and develop young talents at the wheel of our cars and within our factory.
That’s why, we are particularly happy of being awarded just that by the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy. Founded in Genoa in 1904, the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy currently works to improve trade and business relationships in today’s fast paced business environment. In the last few days, they have hosted the Gala Business Awards for Excellence dedicated to high-performing companies, leading the way in strategically important areas of: Digital Transformation, Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility, Staff Education and Talent Management, and Internationalisation. Guess what? We won the Education and Talent Management award: “A high-achieving company which invests in practical training, knowledge and education to create a higher-performing workforce.“
“I am very proud that we have won the British Chamber of Commerce Excellence Award for Staff Education & Talent Management, and that we have received it from the hands of H.M. Jill Morris, the British Ambassador in Italy” Otello Valenti, Scuderia Toro Rosso HR & Legal Director stated. “It is a great recognition for the investments that Toro Rosso has been doing for years, for the growth and the development of its people through innovative programs like Formula Future, Engineering Academy, Manufacturing University and Red Bull on Stage. With the support of our HR partner, this is our contribution to give wings to all the people that work in Toro Rosso and to improve the value and performance of the team.”
